Parish Clerk — Brampton Parish Council 18 Hours Per Week (3 X 6 Hour Days)

Brampton Parish Council has an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual to join the council.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the members of the council with a full comprehensive administration support, attendance of meetings and conferences, documenting and completing minutes for said meetings, provide accounting support to the council through the secure keeping of accounts records and other important documents as well as producing records and documents for accounting and audit purposes.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for this role as well as the ability to self-manage your workload. Previous experience of working as a parish clerk would be advantageous ideally cilca qualified however experience within administration and financial positions is essential.
