The Lady Olivia Centre is a large, modern community centre and entertainment space, with a large, light main hall, including a stage, and large foyer area. The centre has a fully functional kitchen, changing rooms, and toilets; with an external patio facing the sports fields and rear outdoor space.

The main hall has seating for 160, plus 12 x round 5 foot tables (diameter) and 6 x rectangular 6 foot tables. Once the audio visual equipment has been commissioned, it will also be suitable for theatrical productions, seminars and presentation events, including lighting, a projector and screen.
