Blood Pressure Stations - know your numbers: free tests 2 - 8 Sep 24

Please see attached poster to promote know your numbers week and the blood pressure stations that will be available - please could I ask for you to display this and share online etc? This opportunity is for all patients - regardless of Practice - so anyone can attend any location. The Blood Pressure stations will be in Buckden, Alconbury Weald, Brampton and Sawtry.
